Carne Asada with Dad
This is my Dad.
Carne Asada with my Dad is straight to the point. No beans, rice or guacamole here! Just straight up meat hot off the grill in a tortilla with some lime and salsa.
He is very particular on where he buys his meat and how he cooks. I just hang out and chat with him and try to sneak in some photos of him. He hates the camera and thinks I am crazy for trying to capture everything and everybody.
They were some delicious tacos! Nom, nom.
And they were enjoyed next to the grill under my Dad's giving lime tree. The best limes I've ever tried! ♥
